Lloyd Donald “Donnie” Jackson, age 67, of Parrottsville passed away Friday, June 16, 2017 at Newport Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by parents J.C. and Arlola Boley Jackson; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Cletys and Louise Mason; brother, Jerry (Monk) Jackson; and brother-in-law, Bevo Ford.
He is survived by his wife, Regina Jackson of Parrottsville; children, April Green (Josh Hartsell) of Newport, Justin Jackson (Autumn Haney) of Parrottsville; grandchildren, Javin Campbell of Newport, Hayden Green of Newport and Mason Jackson of Parrottsville; brother J.C. (Mary Lou) Jackson of Newport; sisters, Shirley (Carl) McNabb of Newport, Vivian Ford of Newport, and Jennifer Miller of Crossville; brothers-in-law, Mike (Starlene) Sweeten, Dwayne (Carol) Mason, Richard (Teresa) Mason and Terry (Vickie) Mason; also other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00 pm Monday, June 19, 2017 at Manes Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Hensley officiating. Burial will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Faubian Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday prior to funeral service.
Honary pallbearers will be his former basketball players.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Parrottsville School Athletics.
