Mrs. Erma Lowery, 81, of Parrottsville, passed away Sunday, November 4, 2007, following a brief illness. She was a member of the Natural Bridge Ruritan Club and a faithful member of Luther Memorial Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Eva Ottinger; sister, Gladys Henard; and sister-in-law, Margaret Ottinger. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Lana and Charles Williamson, of Parrottsville; son and daughter-in-law, Donald and Sandra Lowery, of Johnson City; granddaughter, Sonia Williamson; granddaughter and grandson-in-law, April Lowery and Bryan Prodhumme; grandson and granddaughter-in-law, Todd and Janet Williamson; and grandson, D.J. Lowery; great-granddaughters, Jessica, Tabitha, and Gabriella Williamson, and Kayla Prodhumme; brother, Warren Ottinger, of Allen Park, Mich.; brother and sister-in-law, Ray and Jo Ottinger, of Bristol, Tenn. Additional survivors include several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 7, 2007, at Luther Memorial Lutheran Church with Pastor Sterling Nelson officiating. Interment will be in Luther Memorial Lutheran Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening at Costner-Maloy Funeral Home.
