Mrs. Kerr was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Agnes Correll of Newport. She is survived by her husband, Donnie Kerr of Dandridge; son, Jon (Amy) Tucker; daughter, Beth (Chuck) Jenkins; grandchildren, Jake and Isaac Jenkins and Taylor and Jude Tucker; sisters, Karen Correll of Newport and JoAnn Starkey of White Pine; also nieces, nephews other family and friends. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm Thursday, June 23, 2016 at Point Pleasant Baptist Church with memorial service following at 7:00 pm with Tommy Ball officiating.
