Armstrong, Mary Lily - age 75 of Lenoir City, passed away Friday, December 31, 2004 at her home from natural causes. She was a member of Sixth Avenue Church of God. Retired from U. T. Agriculture Extension Office. Preceded in death by parents, John William Packett and Dovie Faye Packett; brothers, Joe Paul Packett and John William Packett Jr. She is survived by sons, Samuel R. Wilkerson of Loudon and Leonard W. Armstrong of Lenoir City; sisters, Georgia Petty, Ella Mae Pruitt both of Lenoir City and Virginia Ruth Taylor of Vista, Arizona; grandchildren, Samuel Armstrong, Andrew Armstrong, Nathan Armstrong and Matthew Armstrong; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday in the Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. George Seay officiating. Burial will follow in Lenoir City Cemetery. Click Funeral Home, Lenoir City is serving the family of Mary Lily Armstrong.
