Allen was preceded in death by his parents, J. B. and Pearl Gregg; brothers-in-law, Jim Franklin, Rex Gregg and Roy Wines. He is survived by his children, Drew Allen Gregg, Jr., Larry McCarter Gregg and Kim Gregg; his caregiver, Kay Gregg; sisters and brothers-in-law, Nora and Freddy Franklin; Norma Jean Gregg Wines; and Linda Franklin; brother and sister-in-law, John and Judy Gregg; grandchildren, Kaci and Cadance Gregg; several nieces, nephews; also many friends and the wonderful staff at Amedysis Hospice. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 pm Wednesday, July 16, 2014 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Karl Gasser officiating. Burial will be held 11:00 am Thursday, July 17, 2014 in Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Wednesday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral service.
