Cruze, Doris Dickey –passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2007. Doris was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She married S.R. Dickey, who was killed in World War II one week prior to the birth of their son, Steward Dickey. Many years later, she remarried and had a daughter, Tina Clabo, unfortunately, Doris’s second husband died as well. No matter what, Doris was faced with, she rose to face it. Doris worked hard all her life to support and raise her two children in an era when most women stayed at home. Doris was a loving and giving person. She will truly be missed but never forgotten.
