Visitation: Family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Monday at Smith Trinity Chapel with a reception in the Life Event Center beginning at 4:30 p.m.
C. L. “Pat” Patterson age 86 of Louisville died Thursday, October 11, 2007. He was a graduate of Everett High School Class of 1940 and was a WW II Army Veteran having served in the 84th Infantry for three years. He was a 1949 graduate of Tennessee Tech. Pat was an Engineer with ALCOA and a member of their 25 Year Club, a member of the Society of Professional Engineers, and Green Meadow Country Club. He was a Life Master Bridge player and a member of the ACBL. Survivors include his wife, Frances Cotter Patterson; son and daughter-in-law, Timothy Neal and Sharon Ann Patterson of Louisville; daughter, Linda Patterson Paschal of Naples, FL; daughter and son-in-law, Trisha and Paul Gaston of Townsend; five grandchildren, Jennifer Paschal Gottlieb and husband David of San Francisco, Vanessa Musgrave Lemons and husband Jason of Knoxville, Melissa Ann Patterson of Atlanta, Cole Patterson of Townsend, Josh Robinson of Townsend; three great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Elizabeth Davis, McKayla Hannah Mae Patterson, and Barrett David Lemons; brother and sister-in-law, Jack D. and Totsie Patterson of Maryville; sisters, Dorothy Mills of Maryville, Blanche “Pete” Clevenger of Maryville, Sarah Alice Boring of Knoxville, Judy Nolan and husband Doug of Maryville. Funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. Monday, October 15, 2007 in the Smith Trinity Chapel with the Rev. Glenn Patterson (cousin of the deceased) officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at Grandview Cemetery for the interment. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2330 Chesterfield Drive, Maryville, TN 37803. Family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Monday at Smith Trinity Chapel with a reception in the Life Event Center beginning at 4:30 p.m. Smith Funeral & Cremation Service, 983-1000.
