PARROTT, EDITH GRIZZLE - age 79, of Maryville, formerly of Knoxville, passed away at 11:20 p.m. Sunday evening at Colonial Hills Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her parents, W. E. and Hattie Farmer Grizzle, and an infant brother. Mrs. Parrott is survived by her loving family, daughter and son-in-law, Nancy Lee and Rev. Harrison H. Hill of Maryville; three grandchldren, Henry Duane Hill and wife Lorrie, Charlene Hill Bailey and husband Brent, and Darnell Lee Hill; seven great-grandchildren, Eric, Ryan, and Megan Hill of Walland, Austin, Riley, Brady and Parker Hill, all of Maryville; brothers and sisters-in-law, T. C. (Tip) and Maude Grizzle, Mack and Glena Grizzle, all of Knoxville; two nieces, Jenny and husband KennyNipper, Harriet and husband John Hartman, all of Knoxville; and one nephew, Gary and wife Kathye Grizzle of Rutledge. Mrs. Parrott is at Highland Memorial Funeral Home, 5315 Kingston Pike, where the family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral service will be conducted 8 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jerry McBee and Rev. A. J. Rowland officiating.
