WEBB, ALTHA IRIS (DOANE) - age 77, of Knoxville, went to be with her family in heaven on Monday, November 10, 2008. She was a member of Holston Hills Freewill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by husband, William B. Webb; sisters, Alberta Maples, Dorothy Miles; brothers, Edd Doane, & Bill Doane; parents, John Wesley and Blanche Doane. Survived by children, Gary Lynn Webb, Linda Sue Carr, & husband (James), William B. Webb, Jr., & Lora Darlene Woods & husband (Bill); grandchildren, Stanley Ray Webb, David Lynn Webb (Amy) Timothy Dewayne Webb, Wendy Turner (Lee), Nerissa Brackins, Joshua Woods (Lori), & Alisha Ward (Jason); great-grandchildren, Sierra Webb, Dylan Webb, Austin Webb, Bailey Webb, Nathan Webb, Emmanuel Brackins, Jonathan Brackins, Zachary Hancock, Jacob Hancock, Robbie Turner, and Jacob Woods; special companion, Sally, her Boston Terrier. The family would like to thank the staff of North Haven Healthcare for their compassion and loving care for Iris during her illness. The visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 pm Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2008 at Berry Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Wed., November 12, 2008 at 10:00 am at Thorn Grove Cemetery with Rev.
