She was a member of Tuckaleechee Primitive Baptist Church for over 70 years. Preceded in death by parents, Labe and Cora Myers; sister, Hazel Tipton; brother, Earl Myers. Survived by sister in law, Alva Myers of Townsend; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 2:00 PM Sunday, August 26, 2007 at Tuckaleechee Primitive Baptist Church, Elder James Cooper officiating. The graveside and interment will follow at the church cemetery.
