Mrs. Cagle was born June 4, 1929, in Alcoa, to the late Willie and Grace Green. She was married to the late James H. Cagle. Her family includes children James H. Cagle Jr., Joyce Burton, Carlos Cagle and Mary Lois White, all of Tennessee. She has 13 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. Cagle was employed at Blount Memorial Hospital in housekeeping. She is a member of Cold Springs Church.
