Preceded in death by first wife, Betty Ann; son, Victor; parents, Homer and Dora Stallings; brother, Lloyd Stallings; and sister, Lillie Mae Boatwright. Survivors Wife, Lillie Stallings; son, Michael Stallings and wife, Christina of Houston, Texas; daughters, Loni Herring of Portland, Oregon and Serena Stallings of Portland, Oregon; 2 step-daughters; 2 step-sons; grandchildren, Cassidy Stallings and Morgan Stallings; several step-grandchildren that he loved very much; brother, Jay Stallings of Knoxville; sister, Mary Cook of South Carolina; and several nieces and nephews. Service Family and friends will meet at 11:30 AM on Thursday at Tennessee Veterans Cemetery for graveside services with military honors by East Tennessee Veterans Honor Guard.
