Amy Lynne Cornette, of Maryville, daughter of Delon and Helen Tipton, of Townsend, and the late Luke Cornette, was united in marriage with Andrew Ward Cooper, of Knoxville, son of Beryl and Sue Cooper, of Lexington, Ky., at 2:30 p.m. Sept. 27 at Fountain City United Methodist Church, Knoxville. Monty Cooper, brother of the bridegroom, officiated. Angela Jones, of Thompson Station, was maid of honor. Karen Teaster kept the bride's book. Jim Cooper, of Lexington, Ky., brother of the bridegroom, was best man. A reception hosted by the parents of the bride was held at the church. After a wedding trip to Charleston, S.C., the couple are living in Maryville. The bride is a senior office associate at DENSO Manufacturing Tennessee. The bridegroom is youth director at Fountain City United Methodist Church.
