Bullard, Opal Ivey, age 82, of North Knoxville, passed away Saturday, November 22, 2008 at Colonial Hills Nursing Center in Maryville. She was a member of Washington Pike United Methodist Church, Starlight Chapter O.E.S., and was an avid Lady Vols fan.Preceded in death by husband, Charles Bullard; parents, A.R. and Pauline Ivey; and 5 brothers.
Survivors
Survived by special niece, Vanna Holbert and husband Joe. Several other nieces and nephews.
Service
The family will receive friends from 10 am – 12 pm Monday at Lynnhurst Greenwood Chapel, 2300 W. Adair Dr. Knoxville, TN. Family and friends will meet at 12:45 pm Monday for a 1:00 pm graveside service at Lynnhurst Cemetery. Special thanks to the staff of Colonial Hills Nursing Center for the care given to Opal. In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations to Washington Pike United Methodist Church, 2241 Washington Pike, Knoxville, TN 37917.
