  [S4] Knoxville News-Sentinel (Tennessee), 23 Jun 2007. LANE, BILLY RAY (BILL) - age 65 of Knoxville passed away suddenly Friday, June 22, 2007 at home. Bill was a retired USAF veteran. Preceded in death by his wife Lois Lane; brothers Lee Lane, Larry (Bo) Lane and father Otis "Clyde" Lane. He will be sadly missed by his beloved mother Pearl (Tiny) Lane. He is also survived by; brothers, Otis S. Lane, David Lane and sisters, Phillas Johnson, Jane Zaitoun, Kathy Lawson, Jo Murphy; many nieces and nephews also survive him. The family will receive friends Saturday, June 23, 2007 from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. at Highland South Memorial Chapel. Graveside services will be Sunday at 2 P.M. June 24, 2007 in Highland South Memorial Park with Pastor Mike Vincent officiating.
