She was a long time member of Liberty Missionary Baptist Church and preceded in death by parents, Cara and Laura Downey husband, James Mack Chambers, and several brothers and sisters. Survivors include children, Bill Chambers and wife, Shirley of Maryville, Bobbie McCall and husband, James of Greenback, Jim Chambers, Richard Chambers and wife, Linda, Libby Ritchey and husband, Steve, Rhonda Coughenour and husband, Scott, Mary Alice Huffstetler and husband, Ricky and Claudette Chambers, all of Maryville ten grandchildren seven great- grandchildren, and one step great- grandchild sister-in-law, Geneva Downey of Indiana brother-in-law, Fate Irwin of Maryville, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 8:00 p.m. Monday, June 23, 2003, at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel, Rev. Ben Ward, Rev. David Randolph and Rev. Alvin Patton officiating. Interment 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Liberty Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
