Billy loved fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents. Survivors: wife, Wanda Collette, Knoxville; daughters, Nikki Collette Seymour, Jenny Wise, Corryton, Rhona Handley, Knoxville; brother, Rodney Scott & fianc?e, Michelle, Knoxville; sisters, Robin Flannigan, Knoxville, Kimberly Daugherty, Knoxville, Connie Collette, Knoxville; 7 grandchildren; step-dad, Donald Scott, Knoxville; special friend, Michael Wise of Corryton; several nieces and nephews and host of other relatives. Visitation: 10:00 to 12:00 noon Friday, December 21, 2007 at the Old Beverly Baptist Church in Knoxville, TN. Funeral Service: 12:00 noon Friday, December 21, 2007 at the Old Beverly Baptist Church with Rev. George Flannigan officiating. Internment will follow the Funeral Service at the Marble Hill Cemetery in Knoxville, TN. Hatmaker Funeral Home is in charge of these arrangements.
