Born May 4, 1909 in Fairfield County, Ohio to the late Jesse L. and Lola B. (Smaltz) Morehart; also preceded in death by beloved wife Pauline A. (Lusk) Morehart and son Ronald J. Morehart. He loved working on the family farm and was also employed by BloomTownship. Survived by daughter-in-law Florence “Floss” Morehart, Sevierville, TN; grandchildren Debora (Mike) Vaughn, Columbus, David (Tami) Morehart, Carroll and Dennis (Cindy) Morehart, Pataskala; great-grandchildren Jason (Maria) Wood, Jonathon Wood, Benjamin (Leia) Morehart, Joshua and Caleb Morehart; great-great-grandchildren Alissa, Anjewel, Jason, Jaylin and Jordan; brother Russell Morehart, Canal Winchester; sisters Norma Howard and Dorothea Jean McCloskey both of Columbus. Friends may visit Monday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo St., Canal Winchester where funeral service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday. Rev. Thomas McGranor officiating. Interment Lithopolis Cemetery.
