Brother George Payne of Chattanooga, TN Family will receive friends Tuesday evening July 29,2008 from 5 til 7P.M. at the Brown Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 7 P.M. with Rev, Bill Murr officiating. Graveside service will be 11 A.M. Wednesday at the Piney Grove Cemetery, Del Rio, TN. Brown Funeral Home, Newport, TN in charge.
