April 29, 1952 - February 4, 2013 TROUTMAN, CONNIE T. – age 60, of Seymour, went home to be with the Lord, after a courageous battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). She was a long time member of Seymour First Baptist Church, a 1970 graduate of Young High School, and a retired employee of University Cardiology. She is survived by her husband, Don Troutman; daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Troutman; father, James Thomas; sisters, Teresa and husband David Kear, Kathie and husband Fernando Navas; brothers, Mike Thomas and Steve and wife Melissa Thomas; and numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Family will gather Wednesday, February 6, 2013, at 1:45pm at Woodlawn Cemetery for a 2pm graveside service. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to ALS Association, The Tennessee Chapter, P.O. Box 40244, Nashville, TN 37204. Family will receive friends at Seymour First Baptist Church, Chapman Highway, Seymour, on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 from 5pm to 7pm.
