Gambles to celebrate 50 years
Sanford E. and Amy Sue (Cutshaw) Gamble, of Maryville, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday at Everett Hills Baptist Church, Maryville.
They request no gifts.
The couple were married June 1, 1957, in Blount County. The late Rev. Carson Watson officiated.
Their family includes children Leland Gamble, of Maryville, Tracy Gamble, of Seymour, and Robin Pratt, of Maryville. They have six grandchildren.
Mr. Gamble is retired from Home Beneficial Life Insurance Company. Mrs. Gamble is retired from Levi Strauss.
They are members of Everett Hills Baptist Church.

GAMBLE, Sanford E., age 71 of Maryville, passed away on Wednesday, June 6, 2007. He was retired from Home Beneficial Life Insurance company and a member of Everett Hills Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Bonnie Gamble.
He is survived by his wife, Amy Gamble; his sons and daughters-in-law, Leland and Janie Gamble of Maryville and Tracy and Karen Gamble of Seymour; his daughter and son-in-law, Robin and Jimmy Pratt of Maryville; his grandchildren, Derrick Gamble, Tyler Gamble, Amanda Gamble, Kendra Gamble, Ryan Pratt, and Aaron Pratt; brothers, Don Gamble of OH, Bob Gamble of Seymour, Wayne Gamble of Sevierville; sisters, Diane Patterson of Vonore and Ginger Coada of Maryville.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. John Franklin officiating. Family and friends will reconvene immediately following the service at Grandview Cemetery for the interment service.
Friends may pay their respect, at their convenience, at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home, Maryville.
