She was born Feb. 24, 1948 in Japan to the late Clifford and Mary Pearl Ownby Fox . Martha is survived by her children, Ralph Cudar Jr. and James Cudar , both of North Carolina and Monica Lee Reubens of Atlanta, GA; a granddaughter, Stephanie Pearl Reubens; two sisters, Nancy Fox Barlow of Milton, FL and Ann Daughtry of Hinesville, GA. A private family service will be held at a later date. In accordance with Martha 's wishes, her body will be cremated. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Covenant Hospice, 6479 Caroline St. Suite B, Milton, FL 32570. Condolences may be made to the family at www.nationalcremation.com.
