He was preceded in death by his grandparents John Willard and Trula Webb and Jethro and Margaret Williamson, aunts Irene Hartsell, Girlene Breeden, Ruby Williamson, and Jennie Valentine, and uncles Clyde, Clay, and Claude Williamson, Herman and Charles Ernest Webb, and Junior Valentine. He survived by his parents Lloyd and Faye Webb of Cleveland, OH, children Crystal (Shawn) Olszewski and Harold (Eddy) Whaples; sister Nena Flack, and brothers Ricky (Tracy) Webb and Michael (Diana) Webb of Cleveland, Oh. Additional survivors include aunts and uncles Nancy and Bob Hamilton, Charlotte, NC; Ernestine and Kenneth Presnell, Sevierville; Lola and Felix Matthews, Stevenson, AL; Clayton Williamson, Cleo and Dean Williamson, Clinton and Kaye Williamson, all of Newport; Charles and Lana Williamson, Parrottsville; and Carl and Cathy Williamson and Gay and Carol Williamson, all of Newport; special nieces Amy and Sarah Flack; and many other nieces and nephews. A memorial service was held October 26, 2013, at Unity Freewill Baptist Church in Cleveland, OH.
