Webster S. Coffman
1924 - 2004
Webster S. Coffman passed away on 1/31/2004 at the Baptist Integris Medical Center just short of his 80th birthday with his loving family by his side. Webster was born in Oklahoma City to Doyle and Mary Ellen Coffman. He was the second child and the first son in a close knit family of 11 children, 3 girls and 8 boys. He is survived by all of his siblings. Webster was a loving husband who married Alma in 1949 in which he claimed as his greatest accomplishment. He referred to her as "quite a gal and something special". He was the proud father of six children, five daughters and one son; Teresa, Sandy, Linda, Mary, Tina and Shawn. He loved his 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren dearly, and was excited about three more on the way. Webster will remain a very strong influence with his family. His tribute to life was the love for his wife, family, friends and most importantly God. He was strong in community service and was a giving man. After proudly serving his country in the U.S. Navy, he retired from TAFB as a civilian. He was an incredible loving individual that will truly be missed by his family and all that knew and loved him.
