Dan L. Liston, age 65, of N. Knoxville, passed away Monday, September 19, 2005 at home. He was a member of City View Baptist Church. He was a self employed Publisher and worked with Corvette Expo. Preceded in death by his son; Jason Liston, and brother-in-law; Jack Tate.
Survivors
Survivors include wife; Linda Liston, sons and daughter-in-laws; Scott and Ellen Liston, Chris and Alishia Liston, daughter-in-law; Wendy Liston-Compton; his precious grandchildren, Erica, Abbie, Coby, and Bryana Liston, cousins; Sandra Allen, and Pat Julian, Aunt Margaret Jenkins, sister-in-law, Sharon Tate, and special friends Bob Courtney and Richard Harmon.
Service
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday with funeral to follow at 8:00 PM at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel with Rev. Tim Tatum officiating. Interment will be 11:00 AM, Thursday at Lynnhurst Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations to St. Mary’s Hospice, 7447 Andersonville Pike, Knoxville, TN 37918.
