Funeral services for Theodore Hayes Ridenour, 88, will be held at 10 am today (Tuesday) at the Sheets and Son funeral home with the Rev. Eugene Miller in charge. Burial will be in the Rochester cemetery. Pallbearers will be Harold Conley, Merle Highly, Mearl Jennings, Glenn and Arnold Ridenour, and Paul Shain. Mrs. Irma Crawford is organist. Mr. Ridenour died Aug. 29 at Riverside Manor nursing home at Ames after an illness of 2 yrs. The son of John D. and Sarah Kester Ridenour, he was born in Cedar co July 26, 1876 and was educated in the Tipton rural schools and the German Lutheran school at Wilton Junction. He was married to Myrtle Minor in Cedar co. March 3, 1903. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. He was proceded in death by his wife, 5 brothers and 3 sisters.
