Florence Ann, daughter of J. D. and Sarah Cordelia Ridenour was born Feb. 4 1872, near Rochester, Iowa, and passed away at her home in Marathon, Cortland co, New York after an extended illness of about two yrs on Feb 21 1948 being at the time of her death 76 yrs 18 days. She war married to Harry M. Edge on Oct. 28 1894 at Rochester Iowa. To this union one son and one daughter were born. The daughter proceded her in death in infancy. She is survived by her husband and son Clarence also two brothers Hayes and Leo, one sister Mrs Bess Arnold. The body was laid to rest in the Rochester cemetery Monday May 17 with a short service by the Rev. A. W. Straub.
