Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Arnold, 83, who died Sunday afternoon, will be held at 3:30 pm Thursday in the McKee chapel. The Rev. Thomas Smatla will officiate and interment will be in Greenwood cemetery. Mrs. Arnold came to Bemidji 54 yrs ago and has resided here ever since. She was born Dec. 21, 1868 in Cedar county, Ia. She was married to Francis S. Arnold in Minneapolis. Mr. Arnold died in May 1937. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Hazel Nordquist, 2 grandchildren, 2 brothers T. H. and E. L. Ridenour, both of Iowa, and several nieces and nephews.
