YOUNG, BETTY J. - age 68 of Maryville passed away Thursday afternoon, November 29, 2001 at Blount Memorial Hospital. Member of Houston Memorial Presbyterian Church. Preceded in death by: parents, Floyd & Hattie Davis; brother, Alvin Davis; sister, Maxine Arango; father-in-law & mother-in-law, Lee & Ina Young. Survivors: husband, Kenneth Young; daughter & son-in-law, Anita & Leonard Amburn of Maryville; son; Audie Young of Maryville; grandson, Kenny Amburn; sisters, Mary Ball of Oak Ridge, Almeda Helton of Maryville; Rhea Evelyn Patterson of Maryville; brother, Wayne Davis of Maryville; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 3:00 p.m. Sunday December 2, 2001 Miller Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Richard Smilie officiating, interment to follow in Grandview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sunday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
