She was preceded in death by her husband, Burl Butler; parents, W.C. and Mae Sauceman; brothers, Joe and Claude Sauceman; sisters, Dorothy West and Wanda Holloway. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Dennis Edmonds, of Cosby; son, Paul Butler, of Deltona, Florida; brother, W.C. Sauceman, Jr., of Newport; granddaughter and her husband, Brandie and Matthew Brooks, of Newport; great-grandson, Preston Brooks, of Newport; sisters-in-law, Gladys Templin and Faye Sauceman, both of Newport; brother-in-law, Maurice West, of Newport; also several nieces, nephews, and her Mariner family. The funeral will be held at 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Frank Bell officiating. Burial will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Butler Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral. Manes Funeral Home in charge.
