Survivors include her husband, Wesley Word; daughter and son-in-law, Katie and Jim O’Brien of Maryville; step-daughter and step-son-in-law, Ashley and Chris Burchfield of Maryville; grandchildren, Trina and Julie O’Brien; step-grandchildren, Cain and Eli Burchfield; brother, Jack Berry of North Carolina; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel, Rev. Ronnie Hepperly officiating.
