Roy T. Peaslee
Food services worker, 73
Roy T. Peaslee, 73, of Parker, a hospital food services worker, died Feb. 5 in Aurora. Services were Feb. 8 at Parker Funeral Home.
He was born March 31, 1928, in Rowlesburg, W.Va. He served in the Air Force for 23 years. He served two tours in Korea and was awarded numerous medals. On Nov. 5, 1948, he married Betty Lyttle in Englewood. He worked at St. Luke's Hospital, Phoenix. He was a member of the NRA and American Legion. His interests included woodworking, golfing, fishing and hunting.
He is survived by his wife; two sons, Howard, Colorado Springs, and Michael, Phoenix; two sisters, Betty McIlwee, Rowlesburg, and Margot Kidwell, Maryville, Tenn.; two brothers, Ray, Parker, and Joseph, Rowlesburg; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
