She was a member of Alice Bell Baptist Church and the Mary Martha Sunday School Class. Lena was also preceded in death by: husband, A.C. Carmichael; son, Charles Carmichael; 3 sisters and 1 brother. She is survived by her loving family: son and daughter-in-law, John W. and Gwen Carmichael; grandson, A.C. Carmichael and wife Suzanne; granddaughter, Noell Lawson; great grandson, Alexander C. Carmichael; great granddaughter, Chesley Lawson; sister, Gladys Gibbs Jones; brother-in-law, Ray Carmichael. Funeral service 7:00 p.m. Monday Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel with Rev.
