HOWARD, ELENDER M. - age 67, of Louisville, passed away Friday morning, June 13, 2003, at the family home. She was a member of Midway Baptist Church in Louisville, and preceded in death by parents, Arless and Sallie Apperson sisters, Evelyn Webb and Jo Ann Apperson brother, Charles Apperson and grandson, Jeremy Howard. Survivors include husband, Lonas Howard children, Robert Howard, Karen Howard, Sonya Howard, all of Maryville, Tonya Buch of Louisville six grandchildren one great-grandchild, and special friend, Stephanie Gray of Maryville. Funeral service 8:00 p.m. Sunday, June 15, 2003, at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel, Rev. A.J. Rowland and Rev. Harold Robbins officiating. Family and friends will meet at 9:00 a.m. Monday morning at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for the interment service. The family will receive friends 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
