BAYSINGER, JOE E. - age 63, of 1416 Martha Dandridge Circle, Dandridge, passed away Monday morning, July 12, 1999, at Baptist Hospital of Knoxville following a brief illness. Joe was a deacon of the Independence Baptist faith and was a retired employee of the Highway Dept. for the State of Tennessee Dept. of Transportation. Survivors: wife, Mildred Fern Lindsey Baysinger; son and daughter-in-law, Arlie Clay and Helen Baysinger of Morristown; daughter and son-in-law, Mildred and Steven Hill of Dandridge and Kathy and Hal Williamson of Wartburg, Tenn.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, John Baysinger of Jefferson City; sister, Peggy Wallin of Kodak and Betsy French of Labelle, Fla. Funeral service Wednesday 2 p.m. at the Bible Aires Baptist Church with Rev. Howard Hurst and Rev. George Dotson officiating. Interment to follow in Swanns Chapel Cemetery. Family will receive friends Tuesday evening 6-8 p.m. at Farrar Funeral Home, Dandridge.
