Webb, age 62 of Stockbridge, Georgia, formerly of Townsend, passed away Thursday morning, February 1, 2007 at Sacred Journey Hospice in McDonough, GA. He was employed by Vulcan Materials of Stockbridge, Georgia for 17 years. He was preceded in death by parents, Rose and West Webb; brothers, Arville Webb, and Leonard Webb. Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Gary Thomas of McDonough, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Ricky and Rhonda Webb of McDonough, GA; 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild; sister, Mae Odom of Townsend, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 4, 2007 at Bethel Baptist Church in Townsend, Rev. Fate Green officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville. (www.millerfuneralhome.org)
