Bobbie Huff Lawson, age 75, of Union Point, GA, died Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at her home in Union Point. Born in Maryville, TN on July 15, 1935, she was the daughter of the late William Clyde Huff and Edith Janes Huff. She graduated from Young High School and married Charles Kenneth Lawson on October 25, 1959. She was a homemaker, enjoyed gardening and was of the Baptist Faith. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Bobbie is survived by her husband, Charles Kenneth Lawson of Union Point, GA; three daughters, Patricia Bryan and husband Jason of Greensboro, GA, Karen Botkins and husband Steve of Knoxville, TN and Becky Lawson-Smith and husband David of Greensboro, GA; two sons, Eddie Lawson and wife Candace of Union Point, GA and Randy Lawson and wife Darline of Greensboro, GA; six grandchildren, Chaz Lawson, Nicole Lawson, William Bryan, Kenny Bryan, Beth Knight, Genna Lawson; and a great grandchild, Cody "Bubba" Tittle; two brothers, Carl Huff of Houston, TX and Wilford Huff of Baltimore, MD; and a number of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a brother, Bill Huff.
Graveside Services will be held on Friday, May 20, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Highland Memorial Cemetery, 5315 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, Tennessee 37919.
