She was preceded in death by parents, George and Grace (Aunt Grossie) Burchfield, Sr.; sister, Laura Burchfield; brother, Luther, Leonard and Charles Burchfield. Survivors include husband, Lillard M. White of Walland; son, David White of Walland; son and daughter-in-law, Fred and Gail White of Maryville; granddaughters, Sonya and Jessica White of Maryville; grandson, Steve Bell of McDonough, Ga.; great-granddaughter, Hayley Fieldhouse of Maryville; sisters, Ivalee Quiett and Cecil Lambert of Maryville; brothers, George, Jr. and Roy Burchfield of Maryville, Elmer Burchfield of Walland; several nieces and nephews and classmates of Walland High School class of 1948. Funeral service is at 8 p.m. Monday, February 22, 1999, in the West Chapel of Smith Mortuary with Rev. Milburn White and Rev. Mike Seagle officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 23, 1999, at West Millers Cove Cemetery for interment.
