Shirley Ann Tipton - Finger, age 71 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday March 25, 2009 at the family home. She was a member of Tuckaleechee Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Jonathon C. Tipton and Louisa Clementine Myers – Tipton; brothers, Vernie, Roy, and Lee Tipton; sisters, Louis Lane, Ruth Myers; daughter, Patricia Finger- Gribble. Survived by sisters, Betty Seaton, Jean Swift, Inez Lord; children, Victor A. and Kathy Finger, Jeffery B Finger and Lisa Moore (fiancée); grandchildren, Kasey Coope – Chapeman and husband Jeff and daughter Laurel, Heather Finger – Broyles and husband, Tommy Broyles and children Amber Finger Logan Devine, Alivia Devine; step grandchildren, Amanda Davis, Josh Davis, Samantha Barks, step great grandchildren, Joseph Avella, Aurora Barks, Tristin Davis; and many dearly loved nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends. Funeral service will be held 8:00 PM Friday March 27, 2009 at Miller Funeral Home, Rev. Berry Woods officiating. Interment service will be 1:00 PM Friday at Cades Cove Memorial Cemetery.
