Webber; grandchild, Taylor O'Brien Webber; step-mother, Mamie Webber; brothers, R.C.Webber of Warner Robbins, Ga., Charles McMahan, of Sevierville. Funeral service 8 p.m. Monday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Stephens officiating. Interment 10 a.m. Tuesday in Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens.
