He was preceded in death by parents Gray Jr. Hurley and Emma Ruth Hurley Hill and brother Ronnie Hurley. He is survived by his son Shawn Paul Hurley of Newport, daughter Michelle Dashnew of Colorado, brother and sister in law Gray Jr.III and wife Janie Hurley and Larry Brandon Hurley and wife Carol of Newport, sister and brother in law Marsha Hurley Ball and husband Connie and Linda Hutson and husband Allen of Newport, aunt and uncle Von and Carolyn Smith of Bybee, he will be missed by several nieces and nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held 8:00 pm Wednesday, November 3, 2010 in the Manes Funeral Home Chapel. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm prior to the funeral service. Burial will be held 11 am Thursday, November 4, 2010 in Stokely Chapel Cemetery
