He was preceded in death by his parents Curtis Mason and Bula Irene Whittle and several brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife Bonnie Fish Whittle, son Curtis, Jr.and wife Kathy of Cocoa FL, daughters Irene Diane of Ohio, Ida JoAnne of GA. And Debra Carol of Knoxville. One sister Laura Ruth Jarvis of Auburndale,FL Also eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Brown Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Byron Chambers officiating. Family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will be in the McGaha Cemetery. The family would like to say a special thanks to the Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice.
