SNYDER, JAMES ALBERT, JR. - age 50 of Strawberry Plains, passed away Thursday, October 1, 2009 at Morristown Hamblen Healthcare System. He was a member of Holston Memorial Baptist Church and a retired Machinist. He was preceded in death by his father, James Snyder, Sr; grandson Michael Lowery; father-in-law and mother-in-law Rev. Jimmy and Mary Barlow. He leaves his wife, Wilma Snyder; son Tony Snyder; daughters and sons-in-law, Tina and James Durban, Kristie and Eric Greenlee; grandchildren Nikkie, Bubba and Desiree Greenlee, Cody, Damian and Christine Lowery; mother Frances Snyder all of Strawberry Plains; several brother and sisters; special friends Nolan, Lisa and Harold Nance. The family extends their appreciation to Dr. Dennis Kline and Dr. Mejar and the staff at Morristown Hamblen Healthcare System and the UT Surgical Group for their loving care. Funeral service will be 7:00 p.m. Saturday at Fielden Funeral Chapel with Rev. Arthur Pedigo officiating Interment wil be 1:00 p.m. Sunday in Snyder Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Saturday prior to the service at Fielden Funeral Home in New Market.
