Ellie Housely and Scarlett Rogers were flower girls. Kalen Tuttle, brother of the bride, was ring bearer. Scott McCarthy, of Washington, D.C., was best man. Groomsmen were Matthew Turner, of Tuscaloosa, Ala., and Mark Turner, of Muscat, Oman, both brothers of the bridegroom. A reception was held in the River Room at Bluff View Inn. The couple are living in Baltimore.
