She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur Taylor; mother, Delia Ramsey; father, Lawrence Ramsey; and son-in-law, Larry Hicks. She is survived by her daughters, Lora Hicks, of Newport, and Mandy Taylor-Anderson and husband, Jeremy, of Jefferson City; grandchildren, Haley (Tad) and Elliot Hicks, of Newport; sisters, Marsha Thurman and Debbie Thomas, of Newport; special friends, Robert Otey, Bobbie Ramsey, and Doak Shoemaker, of Newport. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, December 6, 2002 at Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Adam Sanders and Rev. Joe Bible officiating, with burial in Union Cemetery.
