Mrs. Welch was a member of First Baptist Church, Sevierville and Marie Temple's Sunday school class. She was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star for 70 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Welch (1995); parents, Wesley and Bettie Blackburn; son-in-law, Tom Haggard Survivors include: Daughters: Polly Teague and husband Jack, Gail Haggard Grandchildren: James Sanderson and wife Sharen; Tempe Kelly and husband Larry; Paula Poole and husband Ryan Great-grandchildren: Jason Sanderson and wife Katy, Kelli Bohanan and husband Tim, Kristy McCabe and husband Dustin Great-great-grandchildren: Alaina, Olivia, Molly, Seaton, Caitlin, Matthew and Samantha In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Music Ministry of First Baptist Church, 317 Parkway, Sevierville, TN 37862 or the charity of your choice. The family will receive friends 2-4 PM Sunday with funeral service to follow at 4 PM at First Baptist Church, Sevierville. Rev. Dan Spencer and Rev. Jerry Hyder will officiate. Music provided by Rev.
