WALKER, ZAN B. - age 66 of Austell, Georgia formerly of Maryville, passed away Saturday morning, April 8, 2000 at Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Austell, Georgia. Veteran of the U.S. Army having served during the Korean Conflict. Preceded in death by parents, Luther C. & Isabelle Styles Walker & sister, Annabelle Vaughn. Survivors: wife, Elizabeth Walker of Austell, Ga.; sons, Marcus Walker, Burt Walker & Jonathan Walker all of Maryville; daughters, Teresa Walker of Daytona Beach, Fla., Conchita Willard & Kimberly Wright both of Maryville; 9 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild; step children, Courtland Belz of Brandon, Fla. & Kerry Scully of Austell, Ga.; step grandchildren, Molly & Matthew Belz; brothers, Carl Walker, Blaine Walker, & Joe Walker all of Maryville, Walter Walker of Newport, Charlie Walker of Maryville & Sherman Walker of Virginia; sister, Jicey Greene of Knoxville & Louise Brewer of Iowa; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 3 p.m. Monday April 10, 2000 at Miller Funeral Home Chapel, family members will speak at the service. Interment to follow at Walker Family Cemetery. Family will receive friends 2-3 p.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
