March 16, 1923 - June 17, 2016 James Hubert White, age 93, of Walland passed away Friday, June 17, 2016. He was preceded in death by his son, Clarence White; infant daughter; parents, Mack and Clida Dalton White; brothers, Lonnie and Ernest of Morristown, Charlie, Lillard, and Walter of Walland; and sisters, Bertha Lee White Miller of Morristown, Mary Jane White Drinnon, and Birdie Mae White Long of Ohio. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Margie Lee Brewer White; brother-in-law, Wayne Keller; sister-in-law, Ada Alden; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He retired from Alcoa Aluminum Co. as Financial Secretary for the Local 309 USWA and was a highly decorated World War II Veteran. Funeral service will be held 7:00 PM Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at Miller Funeral Home, Magnolia Chapel, Rev. Bill White officiating.
