HUFFINES, SARAH ELIZABETH (GRANNY) - age 94 of Knoxville passed away Wednesday Sept. 9, 2009 at St Mary's Medical Center. She was of the Baptist Faith and Granny was loved by all who knew her for her caring and loving spirit. Preceded in death by husband, Edd Huffines; parents, Blanche and Pleas Herron; brothers, Buck, Charles, Earl, Bill, Fred, E.J. and Douglas Herron; sister, Ruth Herron Jessee. Survived by children, Billy Johnson and wife Judy, Virginia Harris, Charlie Huffines, Nancy and Duilio Secondini; grandchildren, Cindy and Bill, Brenda and Bob, Kristi and Donald, Regina; great grandchildren, Brandi, Spencer, Sophia, Amber and Ashley; great-great grandchildren, Alexis, Aeden and Jenna; sisters, Wilma Pappas and Margaret Blazer; special friends, Betty and Jim, Melissa and Michael; special niece and nephews, Connie, Floyd and Charles and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Service 7:00 P.M. Friday Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel with Rev. Keith Herron officiating. Family and friends will meet at Marietta Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery 10:45 A.M.
