Her parents are Tara and Nando Calvo, and she has a five-month-old sister, Alexandra. She is the granddaughter of former Newport resident Judy Lovell Pearce and Kirk, Tommy and Sharon Alexander, Linda Calvo Kimbell and Chuck, and the late Fernando Calvo. She is the great-granddaughter of the late Frank (Wimpy) and Josephine Lovell of Newport, Levada and the late Ed Alexander of Atlanta, and Barbara and the late Wells Harling of Florida. McKenna was joined by 40 relatives and friends for a Little Mermaid pool party. Guests enjoyed a buffet and a Little Mermaid cake with a special surprise visit by Princess Ariel in costume. McKenna has several cousins in the Newport and the Atlanta areas.
